Note: This is a mandatory pre-proposal tour. No bids will be accepted by any entity that doesn’t have a representative present for the duration of this tour. Access to the project area is extremely limited, and contractors may not be able to view large portions of the project area outside of the Pre-Proposal Tour.
CLOSING DATE: Proposals must be received no later than February 9, 2024, 5pm.
